When the Ocean looks like this, you are better off finding something besides Abalone Diving to do for the day. Unfortunately, some people think that they "must" get out there no matter what, and a lot of times they will end up being the evening headlines on the local news. I don't care what anyone says, as much as I love to dive, and as dissapointing as days like this are, it is not worth the risk. Use a little common sense and there will almost always be a "next time". Toss sensibillity to the wind, and odds are in favor of not getting to enjoy "anything" ever again.
